At the helm of The Event Mela is its founder, Mr. Henil Parekh, a dynamic event professional whose journey in the industry reflects creativity, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

With a vision to build a brand that truly becomes a gateway to unforgettable experiences, Henil laid the foundation of The Event Mela to transform celebrations into timeless memories.

With over five years of industry exposure, Henil pursued formal education in event management while simultaneously gaining hands-on experience across some of the country's most prestigious platforms. His journey includes elite social celebrations of the Ambani family, large-scale corporate events for the Adani Group, Prime Ministerial road shows, and sporting spectacles such as the IPL, ICC World Cup, and Hockey World Cup. He has also been closely associated with the execution of more than 200 royal destination weddings.

Inspired by these experiences and driven by a vision to craft unforgettable celebrations, Henil established The Event Mela. Known for his eye for detail, technical expertise, and creative direction, he approaches every event with a deeply personal touch, treating every client like family and inspiring his team to deliver with passion.
